At Vlanzo, we aim to provide a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. If you’re not fully happy with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange under the policy below.


Return & Exchange Window

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
After 7 days, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.


Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.

  • All items must be returned in their original packaging, with tags attached.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please do not send any items back without contacting us first.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items purchased on Sale / Discount / Flash Sale

  • Accessories (jewelry, handbags, etc.)

  • Custom-stitched or altered items

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse

  • Gift cards


Refunds

Vlanzo currently offers exchanges only.

Refunds are not issued unless:

  • The product is out of stock, or

  • You received a defective or wrong item.

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Recheck your bank account

  2. Contact your bank or card provider

  3. If still unresolved, email us at care@vlanzo.com


Exchanges

We replace items only if:

  • They are defective,

  • Damaged, or

  • You received the wrong product.

Shipping for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • For high-value products, we recommend using a trackable shipping method.
