Return & Exchange Window
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
After 7 days, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return:
The item must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
All items must be returned in their original packaging, with tags attached.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please do not send any items back without contacting us first.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Items purchased on Sale / Discount / Flash Sale
Accessories (jewelry, handbags, etc.)
Custom-stitched or altered items
Items damaged due to customer misuse
Gift cards
Refunds
Vlanzo currently offers exchanges only.
Refunds are not issued unless:
The product is out of stock, or
You received a defective or wrong item.
If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges
We replace items only if:
They are defective,
Damaged, or
You received the wrong product.

Shipping for Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
