Exchange Policy

1. Exchange Within 7 Days

You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Condition of Items

Items must be:

  • Unused

  • Unwashed

  • In original packing

  • With all tags attached

Products that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration cannot be exchanged.

3. Items Not Eligible for Exchange

  • Sale / discounted items

  • Accessories (for hygiene reasons)

  • Customized or altered items

4. Exchange Process

To request an exchange, please send us:

  • Your order number

  • Product name

  • Reason for exchange

  • Clear photos (if required)

Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.


Shipping Costs

  • The customer is responsible for sending the item back to us.

  • If the wrong or damaged product was delivered, Vlanzo will cover return shipping.


Exchange Timeframe

Once we receive your returned item:
